We do not charge a return fee. However, additional courier costs caused by the customer (e.g., missed collection or incorrect address) may be deducted from the refund.
In the United Kingdom, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Returns of products are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided items are unused, in their original packaging, or have been slightly used and are in a resalable condition. Refunds for orders cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in line with your statutory rights.

How to Return a Product

If a scheduled collection fails because you are not available at the agreed time, we may charge the direct additional cost of rebooking the collection and deduct this from your refund. We will notify you before any deduction.
Processing Refunds
We aim to inspect returns and process refunds within 1–2 business days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after processing (timing may vary by bank).

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will cover all return postage and courier collection costs. We will provide a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection at no cost to you.
For non-faulty returns (change of mind, etc.), customers will need to use the return label included in the package. You will not be charged for returning the item, and initial standard outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a scheduled collection fails due to an incorrect address or the customer not being available, any additional courier charges caused by the customer may be deducted from the refund; we will notify you prior to deduction.
All promotional or free items included in the original order must be returned to receive a full refund. If items are missing, we reserve the right to deduct their value from the refund.

Faulty Products within 30 Days
If a product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Faulty Products within 1 Year
If a product develops a fault within one year (and the fault is not due to customer negligence), return the product with your order confirmation. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, with original packaging, or have been slightly used and are in a resalable condition. Refunds for non-defective returns will include the product price only; initial outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
