Introduction

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website or by email or telephone.
This policy is not intended to and does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations. It merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.

Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery to all United Kingdom addresses on all orders over £250. A delivery charge of £9.98 will apply on orders under £250 in value. Price include VAT.

Delivery methods

We will deliver to the following countries and territories:

If the address for delivery of your order is a United Kingdom address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:

  • Standard delivery.
Delivery periods

If you place your order before 17:00, any day of the week (Monday to Friday), we will make every effort to deliver your order within 2-8 business days. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
This table indicates the typical delivery periods.

Order cut-off: Orders placed by 17:00 (GMT) UK time, Monday to Friday, will enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day, which, if the order is placed over the weekend, will typically be Monday.
Handling time: 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Transit time: 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: For all United Kingdom destinations: 2-8 business days (including handling time).

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will use commercially reasonable effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Delays could be caused by Bank Holiday periods and adverse weather conditions.

Shipping partners

Main unit orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx and the carrier will be confirmed once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to addresses across United Kingdom. We are currently unable to deliver to B.F.P.O and P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery charges

We offer free standard delivery to all United Kingdom addresses over £250. A delivery charge of £9.98 will apply on orders under £250 in value. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Delivery tracking

You will be e-mailed when your delivery is dispatched with a tracking number and a link to the carrier.

Receipt and signature

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. Our delivery service providers may notify you by telephone / email in advance of attempting to make a delivery. If you have explicitly authorized the courier to leave parcels in a safe place, the courier may do so; otherwise an in-person signature is required.

Additional deliveries and collection

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers may make one further attempt to deliver your products. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection (as specified by the carrier).

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
  • or where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
Exceptions and special items

Any product-specific delivery requirements or exceptions (for example large items requiring appointment delivery) will be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

For our full Returns & Refunds policy: returns are accepted within 14 days and return postage and courier collection costs are covered by us (free returns) when arranging a return via our Returns Form.
